Traditional Fudge

Our traditional style fudges are made in the old fashioned way using open copper boiling pans, with a coarse sugar, condensed milk, glucose syrup and butter. This gives the fudge a slightly grainy texture, but still light and creamy finish. No colours are added, and if flavour is added, only natural flavour is used. These fudges are suitable for vegetarians and do not contain any wheat-based products.
